Violence is a daily reality.  Employees face risks from crime, conflict, and gender-based violence far more often than most organisations admit.

Most are not prepared.  They miss warning signs, struggle in escalating situations, and freeze when aggression turns real.

Policies and quick fixes fall short.  Generic safety talks, martial arts and technique focussed self-defense classes do not hold up when conflict is fast, unpredictable, and emotionally charged.
